The gap
Autoimmune drug development takes an average of seven years from biomarker discovery to approved therapy. Most studies lack longitudinal real-world patient data. Molecular mimicry — one of the strongest current hypotheses for what triggers autoimmunity — has had no dedicated computational platform for detection at scale.
The result is a pipeline bottleneck that costs years of development and millions in avoidable failure.
What we built
Two platforms built on the same data foundation. The MAR Platform gives academic researchers and clinical teams direct access to a consented, longitudinal patient base to design and run studies. Mimicry Suite gives pharmaceutical teams an AI-driven engine to detect molecular mimicry — from sequence alignment to 3D structural analysis — on a single pipeline.
The data layer underneath both is built by Neural Omega Health — making this the only autoimmune research infrastructure that runs from patient to molecule.
